Apartment building; rectangular plan; 3 stories plus raised basement; 6 bays except 5 bays on first floor; brick façade; single and double 6/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; parapet with 3 widely spaced merlons; shed roof below the parapet; soldier brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window flanked by pilasters and topped with pediment; header brick string courses, all levels; stone sill courses on second and third floors.
