Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 3 bays; brick façade; double and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; cornice of patterned brick panels; brick parapet with pinnacles; 4 pilasters extend from the second floor into the parapet; soldier brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with stone cornice, crenelated overdoor, and flanked by brick and stone pilasters.
