Unissued. Engraved, 9-3/4" high x 13-1/2" wide, one fold to 6-3/4" wide. Printed in green except for vignette in black with a head-on view of train in tunnel at center flanked by views of Hudson Terminal and a station. (The vignette is the same as one of the two vignettes seen on some common or preferred stock certificates.) The face has a small bar of silver overprinting with black type: Central Hanover Bank and Trust Company, Trustee. Bond was denominated in Dollars and in Pounds Sterling and was payable in the City of New York or London, England.
