Printed in brown except for vignette in black with a head-on view of train in tunnel at center flanked by views of Hudson Terminal and a station. (The vignette is the same as one of the two vignettes seen on some common or preferred stock certificates.) Bond was denominated in Dollars and in Pounds Sterling and was payable in the City of New York or London, England.
