Identical row house apartment buildings; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 3 bays on first floor; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows except entry bay and double 1/1 sash windows on first floor; flat roof; bracketed and denticulated cornice with corbelled brick frieze; stone lintels and sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window, hooded door head, and scrolled iron handrails, newel posts, railings and gates; 5 horizontal patterned brick pilasters across both buildings; rotated brick string courses along lintel and below sills; stone water table.
