Identical row house apartment buildings; rectangular plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 3 bays on first floor; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows per bay except entry bay and double 1/1 sash windows on first floor; flat roof; denticulated cornice; festooned frieze; hooded window heads and stone sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window and scrolled iron handrails, newel posts, railings and gates; sill courses and string courses at lintels; stone water table.
