MOVIE MAN ARRIVES
HOBOKEN, N.J. - Independent film producer Kees Manders, of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, displays some of the props he will use in a short movie to be made in the Times Square area of New York. Manders arrived in Hoboken, March 23, aboard the Dutch liner Ryndam. Manders will walk up and down Broadway with a wheelbarrow in the film to dramatize the old Dutch proverb which says you must take your own wheelbarrow with you if you want to get anywhere. The wheelbarrow is a sort of good luck token, according to the old saying.
