Form created by the Hudson County Board of Canvassers; on first leaf where the city name is printed "Jersey City" appears rather than "Hoboken" as the place of the election although the cover states Hoboken. On certification leaf, Jersey City was crossed out and Hoboken written over it. Jersey City was the county seat. City of Hoboken copy of the document.
