Printed paper, one side only, 1-7/8 high" x 5-1/8" wide. Serial number: 5836. Conductor's punches. One punch is on the Cedar Lawn Line.

Trolley / streetcar ticket was a stock format patented August 23, 1892 as the " Stedman Time-Limit " type.

Notes: Jersey City, Hoboken and Paterson Street Railway Company was organized 1899 (incorporated Nov. 1) as a consolidation of several (probably seven) streetcar companies. David Young was the President. North Hudson County Railway Co. acquired control in 1901 and in 1907, Public Service was formed and the company became part of that organization.
