Two-piece molded metal with brass gold finish (tarnished), overall 2-1/2" high x 1-1/2" wide. Top piece pin clasp bar with eagle and lettered "Official Souvenir." Lower piece connected to top with two chains, 3 links each, has the other text surrounding the Corporate Seal. Outer portion is a laurel wreath decoration. Original 1/2" wide patriotic ribbon bow is rotted and only remnants are present. Back has manufacturer's mark: The Whitehead & Hoag Co., Newark, N.J.
