Imprinted interior pages with meal, ship name, date and menu, all in English. Holland-America Line's U.S. home port at this time was Hoboken. Printer's mark on back cover of both is an Amsterdam business and is probably for the pre-printed covers. Whether the interior of the menu was printed onboard is not indicated.
