Canvas cover is untitled, but has a hand-drawn profile of a 0-8-0 locomotive (as found on leaf 2) in black marker; considered as modern. Leaf 14 is a chart, Locomotives in Equipment as of Jan. 1st 1930 (which is shown first here to help understand the classification scheme.) This chart has totals for the various types with a total of 681 pieces of locomotive equipment operated by the D.L. & W. not including two electric locomotives.
