Apartment building; Gothic Revival features; E-shaped plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 11 bays on front façade and 7 bays on side façade; brick façade; single and double 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; paneled stone cornice; crenelated parapet with pinnacles; soldier and header brick lintels and stone sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and keystone arch surround; fire escapes; stone sill course on second floor.
