For the sale or lease of the river front land and pier on the Hudson River between 10th & 11th Sts., Hoboken. It was then the location of the N.J. Yacht Club. Pennsylvania Railroad used it until the 1930's for repair of ferries. From 1939 to 2004, it was the main entrance and parking lot for the Maxwell House Coffee plant, now demolished.
