Apartment building; Renaissance Revival features; H-shaped plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 10 bays front façade and 9 bays side façade; brick façade; single and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; crenelated parapet with scalloped stone ornaments and crescent shaped accents; decorative labeled window heads on the third floor; brick lintels and stone window sills; central stoop, steel and glass double-door entrance with carved stone surround; fire escape; stone sill courses on the fourth floors; stone water table.
