Molded white plastic frame, 6-1/4" x 8-1/4" high, with photo of a girl holding puppy; die-cut window upper right with thermometer. Window at bottom with printed insert for business name and address. Back bottom indicates that there was an attachment, either a table stand or a calender insert - neither of which are present.
