Mixed-use apartment building; rectangular plan with recessed central bay above the entrance containing a fire escape; 4 stories; 7 bays except storefronts on first floor; brick façade; double 1/1 sash windows with geometric leadlights on top except where replaced with panes; flat roof; brick parapet with pinnacles; bracketed and denticulated shed roof cornice; brick quoining and panels on the second and third floors; brick lintels and stone sills; central wood panel double-door entrance with transom window and keystone arch surround; fire escape in recessed bay; stone string course above the storefronts.
