Row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 3 bays; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; bracketed and modillioned cornice with pediment anchored by spherical finials; stone window heads and sills; central stoop, wood and glass single-door entrance with with transom and scrolled iron handrails, newel posts and railings; recessed brick panels below sills on first, third and fourth floors; stone string courses and sill courses on the first, second and third stories; stone water table.
