Identical row house apartment buildings; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 5 bays on first floor; brick façade; single 1/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; bracketed cornice with foliated and palmette motifs, finial pediments and paneled frieze; stone window heads and sills; central stoop, glass and wood double-door entrance with scrolled pediment, scrolled iron handrails, newel posts, railings and gates; string courses at lintel level in foliated designs and sill courses in vertical designs; stone water table.
