Mixed-use apartment building; rectangular plan; 5 stories; 8 bays on front façade and 9 bays on side façade; 6 ground level storefronts; brick façade with contrasting brick panels and horizontal bands; single and double 6/1 sash windows except glass pane storefront windows; flat roof; crenelated brick parapet; frieze with contrasting brick panels and geometric shapes; brick lintels and stone sills; wood and glass double-door storefront entrances with transom windows; central steel and glass double-door entrance to apartments with arched keystone surround; fire escape; sill courses on second and fifth floors; string course above fourth floor.
