Row house apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 5 bays on first floor; brick façade except stone on first floor; 1/1 sash windows per bay except arched stone entry bay; flat roof; bracketed and modillioned cornice with raised panel frieze; hooded window heads and stone sills except stone window frames on first floor; central stoop, arched wood and glass double-door entrance with ornate iron handrails, newel posts, railings, and gates; fire escape with scrolled iron balconies; 3 sets of raised brick string courses and 1 patterned or rotated brick sill courses except on first floor; 2 corbelled brick pilasters with raised and recessed designs frame the 2 central bays, extend from the second to the fourth floor, and are joined on top by a corbelled brick cornice.
