The brittle condition of the mounting leaves and newsclippings has led to the loss of some captioning or printed text. A few original photographs that have detached from some leaves were mounted with paste and have typewritten general information about the image including reference to a negative number (no negatives are present in this archive.) At some future time, the de-mounting of the photos will be necessary due to the continuing deterioration of the album paper. Information on the reverse will be documented.
