The upper floors of the building were apparently being gutted for rehabilitation as remodeled apartments. This was a typical scene of the period as the 'rehab' of older buildings was a major activity in Hoboken. The ground floor has signage for a former insurance agency. Photograph is one of several in this accession that were discarded file photos considered or used for publication in The Hoboken Reporter newspaper from circa 1983-1988.
