Useful Information and Budget of Fun. The company's factory offices and factory were in Hoboken at this time. The factory is depicted inside front cover: an artist's bird's-eye view of the company's factory at Ferry, Jackson and Harrison Streets in Hoboken. Curiously it gives the street names, but not the city. It is a fantasy view looking southwest with most other buildings not shown, but it does acknowledge its proximity to the railroad lines. Stated below the image is "Daily Capacity 20 Tons." A slightly earlier issue of this cookbook (archives 2010.007.0038) stated "15 Tons." Company name and Hoboken location is on title page and on the can label shown on the cover. A labeled tin of Davis' OK Baking Powder is on the front cover and a box of Davis' High Grade Pure Corn Starch is on the back. The box has text "Guaranteed by... under the Food and Drug Act.
