While not created by Franklin Baker in Hoboken, it is held as an example of how the company marketed its product prior to coming to Hoboken in 1924. Only 12 pages (and three are devoted to other matter, product description and two with full page color illustrations), it is useful to see the establishment of standard recipes for using coconut. "About Coconut" on page [1] described the two types offered and its labeling: the BLUE can has fresh coconut packed in it own milk; the YELLOW can has fresh coconut without the milk and sweetened with cane sugar.
