Apartment building; T-shaped plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 8 bays except 7 bays on first floor; brick façade; 6/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; cornice of raised brick in lozenge pattern; 6 pilasters extending several courses above the roofline; brick lintels and stone window sills; central steel and glass entrance with stone and brick rectangular surround; fire escapes; stone string courses at lintel level on the first floor.
