Cover title as above. Title page: Lackawanna Railroad. Safety Rules and Suggestions for the Prevention of Personal Injury Accidents. January 1916. Logo on front and back cover: Safety First, D.L.& W. While not place of issue is stated, the railroad company headquarters were in New York City. Relevant to Hoboken where the Lackawanna Terminal was the eastern rail terminus for passenger travel.
