A souvenir booklet for a train trip from Hoboken to Port Jervis using the Chesapeake & Ohio 614, among the last great passenger steam locomotives still operating. This event took place in October 1998 and had been proceeded by runs in the same month of 1996 and 1997. The booklet is illustrated with black-and-white photos from the 1996 run plus some historical photos. Details about the run included the consist and mileposts - Trip Narrative. An overview of the Erie Railroad and steam motive power is included. Four pages of ads.

Although New Jersey Transit was a co-sponsor of the trip, it was not part of the NJ Transit Hoboken Festival which was held in May in those years.
