Apartment building; rectangular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 10 bays on front façade except 8 on first floor and 5 bays on side façade including a 3-sided bay; brick façade in horizontal patterns; single and bay 1/1 sash windows; flat roof; consoled cornice with denticulated frieze; keystone arch lintels on first floor, keystone flat arch lintels elsewhere and stone sills; central wood and glass double-door entrances with arched transom window; fire escape; stone sill course on the second and fourth floors; stone water table.
