Apartment building; Tudor Revival; square plan; 5 stories plus raised basement; 10 bays; brick façade with 2-bay section in lozenge pattern; stucco sections with timbering motif on the third, fourth and fifth floors; single and double 6/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; crenelated parapet alternates with pitched roof gables; soldier brick lintels and header brick sills; central steel and glass double-door entrance with sidewalk awning and arched stone and brick surround with crenelated parapet; fire escape, 2 chimneys; brick sill courses on first floor; brick water table.
