Menu: Erie Lackawanna Railway Company, Luncheon Menu. Issued Hoboken, Nov. 15, 1968. Printed card stock, 7-1/4" x 10" high.
Inprinted at the bottom: The Friendly Service Route. Arthur L. Elwyn, Supt. of Dining Cars, Passenger Terminal, Hoboken, N.J.
Menus were apparently also issued without a date as seen in archives 2011.005.0056.
The dining car service was for long distance trains along the route to Chicago and other points (note the "Snooze Special" regarding a pillow for a fifty cent service charge which "P.S. - You may take the pillow with you as a memento of your trip.").
As the Erie Lackawanna Railway (it was renamed Railway from Railroad in 1968) the company existed from April 1968 to April 1976.
