View is from an upper floor on the east side of Washington Street in the 200 block looking northeast to Third Street. A majorette unit leads a marching band south on Washington. View of the storefronts and buildings from 231 at right edge up to about 321 Washington. (The first six buildings north of Third have been demolished; a one-story bank building with parking lot has occupied this site since ca. 1980.)
