Apartment building; H-shaped plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 8 bays except 7 bays on first floor; brick façade; single and double 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; paneled cornice with diamond ornaments; crenelated parapet; header brick lintels and stone sills; central stoop, wood and glass double-door entrance with transom window and chevron patterned brick surround; stone sill course on second floor and soldier brick string course below the parapet.
