Text: While Fred M. DeSapio, Mayor of Hoboken, New Jersey looks on, Robert P. Cook, Supervisor of Philip Morris and Company, for the State of New Jersey, tacks up the first of 750 "attack" warning posters which will be distributed thorught the city of Hoboken, New Jersey beginning today. the posters, which contain the CD rules on what to do in the event of sudden air raids, were printed by Philip Morris as a public service. They will be posted in public places by the locad CD offices and by Philip Morris personnel in cooperation with Hoboken retailers.
The caption sheet can be seen as produced in a form style by Philip Morris (then a manufacturer and distributor of tobacco products) with blanks left for retyping the entry of specifics for the various towns and cities that the company provided posters to display.
