Apartment building; irregular plan; 4 stories plus raised basement; 4 bays except 5 bays on first floor; brick façade; Tudor style stucco sections on the end bays extend from the second to the fourth floors on the end bays and terminate in gables in the parapet; crenelated parapet; single, double and triple 3/1 sash windows except entry bay; flat roof; soldier brick lintels and header brick sills; central stoop, steel and glass double-door entrance with transom window and projected brick and stone surround; brick sill courses on second floor.
